I have really dragged out this tulip watercolor painting. Here is my previous post on this project. During the last three and a half weeks (!) I added Cobalt Blue to the rest of the leaves, and began filling in the background and adding depth.

Today I did more touch-up work, and completed the background. Sometimes it pays to slow down and work carefully. And ruminate. I think it’s finished!
